Wire AI ("we", "us") is an AI-powered platform for electronic circuit design, available at wireai.dev. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Account information — when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture through our authentication provider, WorkOS.
  • Project content — the circuit requirements, designs, and files you create with Wire AI.
  • Usage data — application logs and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the service.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile information (email address, name, and profile picture). We use it solely to create and manage your Wire AI account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service. Wire AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Wire AI's access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the Wire AI service: authenticating you, generating circuit designs, maintaining your projects, and improving reliability. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to anyone.

Sharing

Your data is only shared with service providers we rely on to run Wire AI — such as authentication (WorkOS), AI processing (Anthropic), and cloud hosting — and only to the extent needed to operate the service, or when required by law.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
